Primary Care
CMS has a well rounded group of primary care physicians including Internists and Family Practitioners to care for adult male and female patients. Primary Care Physicians are normally the patient’s first stop in the treatment of illnesses, and will be referred to specialists if needed. These Primary Care Physicians provide many services to their patients including wellness and annual exams, routine care, acute care, and management of long-term, complex illnesses.
Primary Care Providers:
CMS also utilizes the services of a Nurse Practitioner to assist our physicians to see patients on a same day basis for acute problems. The Nurse Practitioner reports the patient’s care to the patients primary physician.
